What it does

Tells a duplicate from a look-alike, and shows its evidence.

Works through two lists of companies, a CRM and a purchased company file, to find the same customer recorded twice. It compares each pair detail by detail, and a second agent argues against every merge. A hospital and its foundation can share an address without being the same organisation.
